Leading construction and fit-out firm Gilbert-Ash Ireland has officially opened a new headquarters in the heart of Dublin.
Clients and stakeholders were invited to an event on Wednesday evening to view the company's new premises on Dawson Street.
The launch follows the firm's recent completion of the 245-bedroom citizenM Hotel on Bride Street, which marks the global hospitality brand's debut in the Irish market.
Gilbert-Ash Ireland is also advancing two major hotel projects in the capital: a 215-bedroom Premier Inn at Twilfit House on Jervis Street and a 229-bedroom Premier Inn as part of the redevelopment of the former Clerys department store.
Across the island, the company's portfolio includes standout schemes such as the Giant's Causeway Visitors Centre and the Lyric Theatre in Belfast, both shortlisted for the Stirling Prize.
Managing Director Ray Hutchinson said the new Dublin headquarters reflects the company's drive to grow in Ireland. "We are proud of our work in Ireland and our new headquarters, in the heart of Dublin, is a commitment from us to expanding our footprint across the country," he said.
He continued: "Gilbert-Ash feels at home working in Ireland and we want to build a solid foundation from which to deliver future projects, especially across the hospitality, workspace and residential sectors.
He added: "We look forward to working closely with local clients, sub-contractors and other stakeholders in the near future."
The business says its approach to construction, fit-out and refurbishment is rooted in hard work, inspired innovation and close collaboration.
