Waterford City & County Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from commercially focused parties to collaborate with the Council in occupying and operating a business at the former Tramore Railway Station in Tramore, Co. Waterford.

The building comprises approximately 130 m2 on the ground floor and around 124 m2 on the first floor, with a total site area of roughly 1,832 m2.

Recent renovations have been carried out and the property is expected to be available for occupation in April 2026. Submissions should outline the applicant’s interest in the property and provide details of their proposed commercial venture.
