Chadwicks Group has announced the winners of its fourth annual Chadwicks Appreciation and Recognition Awards (CARAs), held on Friday, 23rd January 2026.
The ceremony brought together 395 colleagues and suppliers to celebrate the professional excellence and community impact of teams across the business.
The night's most prestigious accolade, Chadwicks Branch of the Year, was awarded to Chadwicks Roscommon. The team was commended for its "people-focused approach" and exceptional performance across all business pillars, setting a new benchmark for the national network.
The awards featured twelve categories recognising talent from branches, departments, and destination brands:
• Branch Manager of the Year: Sean O'Sullivan (Chadwicks Clonmel) was honoured for his approachable leadership and his role in fostering a positive culture within the branch.
• Branch Colleague of the Year: Kristin Dunne (Chadwicks Waterford) received praise for her proactive attitude and willingness to consistently go "above and beyond" for her team.
• Destination Brand of the Year: Davies Raheny secured this title, with judges highlighting the team's product expertise and ability to innovate in a highly competitive market.
• ESG Award: Chadwicks Mallow was recognised for their extraordinary community spirit after raising €18,000 for Cork University Hospital's children's ward and local defibrillators through a memorial charity walk.
Patrick Atkinson, Chief Executive Officer of Chadwicks Group, emphasised the importance of the awards in maintaining the company's high standards.
"The CARAs are an important opportunity to acknowledge the people who drive our business forward. It is a pleasure to recognise our valued colleagues for their consistent dedication, teamwork, and professionalism. This year's recipients reflect the collective commitment that underpins our continued success."
The CARAs continue to serve as a vital platform for the Group to show appreciation for the "people behind the brand" who provide expert product knowledge and customer service to Ireland's construction sector.
