Jarleth Heneghan, a Partner in William Fry's Projects Department and Construction & Engineering Sector, has been announced as the exclusive 2026 Client Choice Award winner for Construction in Ireland.
The award was presented at the Lexology Client Choice Awards ceremony held at Church House Westminster in London.
The Client Choice Awards are designed to highlight legal professionals who demonstrate excellence in client service and provide significant value to their clients' business operations. Mr Heneghan's win marks the third year in a row he has received this distinction, an achievement reached by only a small number of recipients worldwide.
In his practice, Mr Heneghan provides counsel to state bodies, international clients, developers, financial institutions, and contractors. His work encompasses both contentious and non-contentious engineering and construction matters, covering procurement, dispute resolution, and the full lifecycle of major development projects.
His recent portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the development financing and construction of Google Ireland's Boland's Quay and the redevelopment of the net-zero carbon Irish Life headquarters. He also advises the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications on the National Broadband Plan, as well as EirGrid on emergency power generation and daa on infrastructure delivery at Dublin Airport.
