National contractor GRAHAM has expanded its footprint in Ireland with the opening of a new Dublin office.
Located at Northwood Business Park in Santry, the 2,500 sq ft site represents an investment of more than €400,000 and will serve as a hub for the firm's Civil Engineering Division.
The expansion is expected to create over 40 jobs for the local area, with roles ranging from administrative and site support to project managers, utilities managers, engineers, surveyors, and environmental sustainability specialists. This move grows GRAHAM's operational capacity in the capital, adding to its existing hub in Santry and allowing the firm to better support built environment projects while utilising local supply chains.
Stephen Hill, Managing Director at GRAHAM, said: "As our operations continue to grow, the new office will enable the creation of additional local jobs and allow us to work even closer with stakeholders, partners, and local communities as we continue to shape and enhance Dublin's built environment. This expansion not only supports the delivery of current projects but also positions GRAHAM to meet rising demand for high‑quality infrastructure across the capital."
The contractor has a significant history of infrastructure delivery in Dublin, having been responsible for the signature Samuel Beckett Bridge and the award-winning Rosie Hackett Bridge. Most recently, GRAHAM was awarded the Ballymun/Finglas to Dublin City Centre Scheme as part of the BusConnects programme. This major national investment, which begins construction this year, will deliver 22km of dedicated bus lanes alongside 20km of cycling lanes and upgraded footpaths to transform public transport in the city.
