GRAHAM has secured places on six lots of Sovereign Network Group's (SNG) new-build framework.

Part of SNG's 10-year development programme, the framework will support delivery of 25,000 new homes and drive regeneration and sustainability upgrades to existing properties across the South of England, including London.

The framework comprises 12 lots divided by geography and project value. GRAHAM’s appointments cover:

- Lot 3 – £45m+ | London & East

- Lot 6 – £15m–£45m | South

- Lot 7 – £45m+ | South

- Lot 10 – £15m–£45m | West

- Lot 11 – £45m+ | West

The appointments further reinforce GRAHAM's position as a trusted delivery partner within the UK residential sector.
