Belfast's Titanic Quarter has partnered with 3T Power to deliver 100% locally sourced renewable electricity across the district, underpinned by REGO certification.

The agreement extends the waterfront development's existing use of green energy and guarantees a consistent supply of clean power from local generators. It is intended to cut Titanic Quarter's carbon footprint while supporting Northern Ireland's transition to a low‑carbon economy.

Power provided through the deal will serve major sites including Titanic Film Studios, Channel Commercial Park and the ARC Apartments, embedding sustainability across the estate.

Sustainability is at the heart of our development strategy, and working with 3T Power – alongside the expertise and support of Radius Energy – has enabled us to secure a solution that ensures Titanic Quarter is powered by local renewable energy. Developed with the support of Radius Energy, the arrangement commits 3T Power to source all electricity for the estate from local renewable generation.
