Cleaver Fulton Rankin has announced the expansion of its Planning and Environment team with the addition of two solicitors. The firm has appointed Orla Kelly as Associate Director. Ms Kelly is a specialist in planning and environmental law with more than a decade of experience providing legal counsel to a diverse range of clients on complex sectoral issues.

The department has been further enhanced by the appointment of Peter Lockhart as a Solicitor. Mr Lockhart joins the team permanently having qualified through Cleaver Fulton Rankin's own Trainee Solicitor Programme.
