MMD Construction took part in this week's Women in Construction in Ireland (WICI) gathering in Cork, where professionals from across the sector came together for a lively morning of networking and conversation.

The session offered valuable chances to reconnect with peers, share insights, and consider the future of the industry and career development within construction.

Key themes throughout the morning included the importance of strong support networks, building confidence in career progression, and recognising the many routes into construction. As the sector continues to evolve, WICI-led events help showcase the breadth of roles available across engineering, project management, commercial, design, HR and site-based positions.

MMD Construction extended its thanks to everyone involved in organising a positive, inclusive event that champions collaboration and professional growth across the industry.
