Coffey Retains ISO 50001:2018 After Faultless NSAI Surveillance Audit

Coffey has maintained its ISO 50001:2018 energy management certification following the latest surveillance audit carried out by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI).

The ISO 50001 framework is embedded across the business, supporting continual gains in energy performance, more efficient operations and the delivery of infrastructure in a more sustainable way for clients, communities and future generations.

Coffey extended special thanks to Cathal Kennedy and the O&M Operations Team for their sustained leadership across operational sites. Their emphasis on energy efficiency, continuous improvement and operational excellence continues to deliver meaningful results across the company.

The audit outcome, delivered with zero non‑conformance reports (NCRs), reflects consistently high standards across Coffey and alignment with the company's core values: Do the Right Thing, Do it Better and Do it Together.

As a business focused on enhancing communities through engineering excellence, Coffey recognises the vital role infrastructure providers play in enabling a more sustainable future. Strong energy management helps reduce environmental impact while improving efficiency and value for clients.

Continued investment in best‑practice energy management supports Coffey's wider strategy to deliver smart, sustainable infrastructure solutions across the energy, water and civil engineering sectors. This approach strengthens operational performance and meets the evolving sustainability expectations of the industries and communities the company serves.

Retaining ISO 50001 reinforces Coffey's ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability and engineering excellence. Well done to everyone involved in achieving this milestone.
