Freefoam Retains EcoVadis Silver Medal For Sustainability Performance

Freefoam Building Products has retained its Silver Medal from EcoVadis, the global sustainability ratings provider, placing the company in the top 15% of assessed businesses worldwide.

EcoVadis evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four pillars: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. More than 130,000 companies globally have been rated by EcoVadis.

Aidan Harte, CEO, said: "We are delighted to have been awarded Silver Medal status this year. EcoVadis Rating validates Freefoam's business sustainability commitments and performance. EcoVadis' ratings are grounded in international standards, including the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, International Labour Organisation (ILO) conventions, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and ISO 26000. The assessments provide evidence-based performance analysis and a practical roadmap for continuous improvement.
