Contract Signed For Three Homes At Glenview Park

Sligo County Council has formally signed a contract to deliver three housing units at Glenview Park, Ash Lane, Sligo.

McCusker Contracts has been appointed as the contractor for the scheme. The project, designed by the Council’s Housing Capital Section, forms part of ongoing efforts to increase the supply of high-quality housing across County Sligo.

Construction has commenced, with the homes scheduled for completion and handover in Q1 2027.

Welcoming the project, Cathaoirleach of Sligo County Council, Cllr Dara Mulvey, said: "I am pleased to see work commence on these three new homes at Glenview Park. This development represents another positive step in Sligo County Council's commitment to providing high-quality housing and meeting local housing needs. I would like to acknowledge the work of the Council's Housing Capital Section in bringing this project forward and wish McCusker Contracts every success with the construction phase."
