Leading design-and-build contractor McAleer & Rushe has promoted six senior leaders as it bolsters its management team in line with sustained growth and long-term strategic ambitions.
After another record year, with turnover increasing to £628 million alongside a strong secured order book and a record pipeline of future work, the moves reflect the company's continued investment in its people and its focus on developing leadership from within.
Effective immediately, the appointees are: Paul Donnelly and Graeme Downey as Building Services Directors; Jonathan Barry as Aftercare Director; Charlene Millen as Director of Sustainability & ESG; Paul Gormley as IT Director; and Stephen Kerlin as Legal Director.
The promotions recognise each individual's significant contribution and further strengthen McAleer & Rushe's multidisciplinary leadership team as it delivers complex, high-quality developments across the UK and Ireland.
