A County Armagh-based smart technology installer has been named a finalist in the 2026 CEDIA Smart Home Awards.
Epitome Living has been shortlisted for its design and installation at home heating appliance manufacturer Warmflow's Partnership Hub and boardroom in Lisburn.
Founded in 2017, the company set out to improve everyday living at home with automation such as lighting, temperature control and motorised blinds. It has since expanded into commercial smart technology and audiovisual projects for showrooms, offices and hospitality venues, while continuing its core residential services.
Now in its 20th year, the CEDIA Smart Home Awards recognise leading achievements in smart home design and business innovation across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific over the past two years.
The Technology Beyond the Home award celebrates top-tier integration projects delivered outside traditional residential settings. Epitome Living is the only company from Ireland on any shortlist and will compete against businesses from across EMEA for the title.
Commenting on the shortlisting, founder and director Scott McMurray said: "CEDIA sets the standard for excellence in smart technology installations across the world, so to have our work recognised as award-worthy by its team of judges is a huge honour. We're named in the Technology Beyond the Home category alongside some exceptional companies whose work we admire, which makes the recognition even better."
