With the building now vacant, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Alder King have been appointed as joint letting agents ahead of a refurbishment programme to provide modern Category A accommodation.

Proposed works include stripping out the previous occupier fit-out and upgrading the reception to create a refreshed, welcoming entrance for prospective tenants.
