CBRE NI has been awarded a place on Lot 1 of the Pagabo National Framework for Developer-Led Schemes 2026, which is valued at up to £26 billion over four years. It forms part of a wider suite of procurement frameworks offering more than £35 billion in opportunities across the UK public sector.
Developed by Pagabo in collaboration with YPO, the framework provides a compliant route to market for public sector organisations seeking specialist development expertise and advisory services. It brings together leading firms from the property, consultancy, development and legal sectors to help deliver schemes that generate long-term economic, environmental and social value.
Gerard McCann, Executive Director, CBRE Northern Ireland, commented: "This appointment represents an important milestone for CBRE NI and underlines the strength of our development and regeneration expertise.
"Across Northern Ireland and the wider UK, public sector organisations continue to face significant challenges in bringing forward complex development projects, balancing commercial viability, sustainability objectives and the need to create lasting social value.
"Through this framework, we look forward to working alongside public sector partners to unlock opportunities, attract investment and deliver transformational projects that create meaningful benefits for communities, businesses and local economies.
"As one of Northern Ireland's leading real estate advisors, CBRE NI is uniquely positioned to support clients throughout the entire development lifecycle, from early strategy and feasibility through to delivery and long-term asset performance."
The appointment bolsters CBRE NI's role as a trusted advisor to public and private sector clients on complex development and regeneration programmes. Drawing on the firm's global capabilities and local market insight, CBRE NI will support public bodies to identify opportunities, overcome challenges and deliver outcomes from concept to completion.
