Understanding imminent changes in legislation that will have an impact on the construction sector will be a key concern for the 7,000 decision makers, industry professionals and 250 exhibitors due to attend this year’s Plan Expo.
Plan Expo, organised by Expo Events, will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year. It is the only trade event supported by both the CIF (Construction Industry Federation) and the RIAI (Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland) and acts as the focal point of Ireland’s ‘Construction Week’.
Plan Expo 2007 will be strictly forward-focused on the new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for the sector. Garret Buckley, Joint Managing Director of Expo Events, said: “The past 25 years have seen a revolution in the construction industry in Ireland. During this time, Plan Expo has partnered those in the sector, year on year, providing a forum to exchange information, ideas and business. This year’s event will reflect the changing environment with the introduction of a re-branded platform where top industry speakers can give direct advice and information to our visitors on the issues of 2007 and beyond.”
