It follows the recent decision by Hunter Douglas to end its supplier partnership agreement with Irish construction agent Engineering Research Limited (ERL). The move is designed to provide Hunter Douglas customers throughout Ireland with a more direct and consistent communication channel with the company’s headquarters in Staffordshire.

Ussher, a Business Studies graduate, has spent the last seven years as area sales manager in Ireland for EDM Spanwall Ltd, where he was generating sales of more than £1m per annum as well as being involved in the development of rainscreen systems.
Ussher, who attended the University of Ulster, said: “Hunter Douglas is leading the world in terms of manufactured quality, design and technical expertise in all aspects of façade and sun control systems.”
