Bell Recruitment Services (BRS), Belfast is getting ready to launch their new specialist Construct & Build desk at their offices in South Belfast.

Having already attracted hundreds of experienced professionals to their books and built relationships with some of the province's top construction and engineering companies, Bell is set to officially launch the sector specific desk with humanitarian charity Habitat for Humanity in a timber frame house build in North Belfast next month.

Bell Recruitment has been in operation for more than seven years and has previously dabbled in the construction and engineering sectors. A new recruitment desk concentrating only on these sectors, and working on a No Find No Fee basis, is expected to see the company revenue grow by 33% over the next two years.

Julie Bell, Managing Director of the independent recruitment consultancy, commented: "The construct & build industry is booming in Northern Ireland, the inward investment, partly in thanks to the political climate, has meant a notable increase in the demand for experienced and qualified professionals in the sector. We saw an opening to develop our recruitment activity within the construct and build arena and built on it."
