Cavan Builders Given Permission For New Development

A new housing development planned for Stepaside in County Dublin has been given the go-ahead.

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has granted planning permission for Cavan builders P Elliott and Co to build a 749 unit development on the eastern side of Enniskerry Road, beside Aiken’s Village.

The company plans include a combination of apartments and houses on a 30-acre site. This will include 616 apartments in 28 blocks rising to eight storeys, sports facilities, a clubhouse, 10 shops, a crèche and a café.

It is understood 126 houses with 1,317 parking spaces, 950 of which will be at basement level.
