Dublin-based bathroom furnishings company Qualceram Shires has announced it has sold its County Wicklow headquarters for €31 million.
Brattice Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ardawn Developments Two Plc has bought the 13-acre property in Arklow. It has been rezoned as a waterfront development zone and permits a range of development uses including high density residential, hotel, office and retail.
Qualceram has revealed it will continue to operate from the Arklow property for a further two and a half years until a new location is chosen and developed.
The bathroom manufacturer also said it is exploring a number of possible venues in the area.
