Environment Minister Arlene Foster has opened Northern Ireland’s newest wood recycling plant in Newry.
The Minister praised Urban Forest Ltd’s new facilities and the work that the company will do in re-using waste wood.
She said: "What you are doing here is a fine example of both environmental and business best practice. It is an excellent illustration of what public sector and private enterprise can achieve when we work together."
The Minister paid tribute to the part that both Invest NI and the Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP) have played in helping this business develop.
