Plan Expo First For Local Business

Fortress Doors, local door manufacturer, will be promoting their range of door solutions at this year’s Plan Expo, 8-10 November, RDS Simmonscourt, Dublin.

With over 35 years in the industrial door market, Fortress Doors believe that Plan Expo 2007 is the ideal showcase for the company going forward. With operations in Belfast and Dublin, the company is strategically positioned to serve the construction industry.

Their extensive range of industrial and commercial door solutions have been used on a number of signature projects during the last five years, naming Intel and Victoria Square among their references.

At the beginning of 2007 Fortress Doors launched an accredited CPD programme. This professional service, developed around the new legislation for industrial doors, is RIBA approved. The CPD has been received with great enthusiasm among architects and construction professionals. The company are optimistic for the future of this service with just a few slots remaining for 2007.

Gavyn Rodgers, Managing Director, said: “Effective CPD will deliver better buildings and thus client satisfaction. The design process is enhanced when specifiers and contractors are in a position to make an informed choice on the solutions they provide. Ultimately this will increase job satisfaction and overall greater success with project objectives.”
