Davis Langdon PKS (DLPKS), one of Ireland’s leading construction cost and project management companies has announced two new senior appointments to reflect the ongoing success of their Limerick office.
Cathal Barry, who manages the Limerick office, has been appointed Regional Director. Cathal graduated in construction economics from the Limerick Institute of Technology in 1991 and subsequently worked abroad in the USA for over eight years as Project Manager on large commercial projects such as Trump World Tower in Manhattan, New York.
Cathal returned to Limerick and joined DLPKS in 2001. Since then he has delivered a number of major projects for The University of Limerick, Retail Development in Tralee and a variety of projects for both the HSE and The Daughters of Charity.
Andrew Thompson joined David Langdon PKS in June 1998 having qualified from Limerick Institute of Technology. Andrew has been promoted to the position of Associate Director based in the Limerick office and has responsibility for managing the work on a number of exciting projects including the New Sports Facilities at The University of Limerick. Previously Andrew has worked on large projects such as Nenagh Civic Offices and the New Terminal at Shannon Airport.
