Ballymore Properties have won Property Company of the Year in Ireland at the annual Estates Gazette (EG) Awards.
The event took place last Wednesday night, 26 September, at Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
The Award was presented by guest speaker Jack Dee to Trish Henderson, Head of Sales for Ballymore, who said: "We are proud to have won this prestigious award, and it's made more special by the fact that it is voted on by the property industries companies and advisers."
The EG Awards gives people the chance to decide who will win the property industry's biggest democratic vote.
The entire property industry is eligible to vote subject to two strict principles: one person, one vote; and people are not allowed to vote for their won company nor any of its subsidiaries.
Ballymore was founded by Sean Mulryan in 1982, taking its name from a village in Kildare in which he started the company.
The firm has expanded rapidly, becoming one of Ireland's most successful housebuilders.
It has currently over 2.2 million square metres of construction projects at various stages or in the planning process.
