Construction and Management Consultants Turner & Townsend recently hosted an NEC3 Seminar at the Malone Lodge Hotel, Belfast, following an increase in the uptake of the NEC3 Form of Contract.

Attended by various public bodies, the seminar was the first hosted by Turner & Townsend in Northern Ireland. It was delivered by NEC3 expert John Lofty, Director of JJL Consultancy and Turner & Townsend’s resident expert, Director David Mathieson.

The event provided delegates with an introduction to the NEC3 Form of Contract, details of roles and responsibilities under NEC3 and a session covering NEC3 in practice.
