An Irish based homebuilders company has submitted planning permission for a downsized version of a building plan which was refused last year.
Manor Park Homebuilders wants to build a 26-storey tower in Dublin’s Digital Hub - 20-storeys and 40 metres lower than the one previously planned for Thomas Street.
The building will be 130m tall, as opposed to 171m, which was the original plan. The company had also previously hoped to build a 360-bedroom hotel with 85 aparthotel units, but it is now seeking to reduce the number from 125.
Manor Park’s entire development is expected to be 59,500 square metres, with over 7,000 square metres of retail, 47,000 square metre of office space, 1,200 square metre of public or bar space and 25 apartments spread over eight blocks.
