Clontarf Golf Club has been offered an extra €15m by developers to move to a new site.
Capel Developments are now offering €95m under the deal.
Members of the exclusive club could recieve over €100,000 each as part of the buy-out.
If the club accepts it would move to the Portmarnock links course and gain a new €20m clubhouse.
The 28,000 square foot, two-storey, fully equipped clubhouse at Portmarnock would be accompanied by a driving range, short game practice area and putting facilities.
Capel Developments, a leading property development company, previously bought Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links in 2005 for over €70m.
