£130m Investment Deals In Derry And Antrim

Dublin based commercial and residential real estate Lisney has completed two major deals worth over £130 million.

The firm has acquired the 260,000 sq ft Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry, on behalf of a private client for more than £92m. They have also sold the 6000,000 sq ft Antrim Buisness Park on behalf of a client for £38m.

Lisney Investment Director, Andrew Marsden, said the Crescent Link site offers "significant opportunities" for rental growth through active asset managment.

Lisney was founded in 1922, the firm operates from Dublin, Cork and Belfast and employs over 200 people.
