An Bord Pleanala Rules In Favour Of Sorohan Development

An Bord Pleanala has quashed the Ardilea Residents Association's objection to building homes on Goatstown Road, near Trimblestown and granted planning permission to Sorohan builders.

Sorohan builders will demolish the five existing houses on the road and replace them with 177 apartments and 18 houses.

The board originally reduced the number of homes sought by seven and the height of one of the blocks to four storeys over the basement.
