Up to 20 jobs could be lost due to a fire at Mulleadys Waste Recycling facility at Drumlish.
Managing Director Anthony Mulleady said waste collection operations would not be affected by the fire, but waste sorting equipment has been totally destroyed.
The fire broke out beside the dry recycling shed at around 5.30am and spread to two nearby facilities.
Management and staff are currently in talks.
Last January the same facility was seriously damaged by fire and the owner of the company was treated in hospital for burns.
