€130m Hotel And Car Park Planned For Dublin Airport

Plans for a €130m four-star hotel and multi-storey car park linked directly to Dublin Airport's new passenger terminal T2 have been submitted to An Bord Pleanála.

Up to 900 jobs will be created; the DAA expect 550 jobs to be created during the construction phase of the project and when opened, the new hotel is expected to employ about 350 staff.

Northern property developer and design and build contractor McAleer & Rushe have been named as the developers.
