A proposed housing development with over 300 new houses has been given the go-ahead for Hollystown, Dublin 15.
Fingal County Council have granted planning permission to LM Dvelopment's Donal Caulfield for the housing estate on a 67-acre site at Hollywoodrath at the junction of Church Road and Rotoath Road.
The project will involve the construction of 330 houses and a neighbourhood centre with shops, a café and restaurant. Additionally, a five-acre site has been set aside for a council-owned and council-run school.
Mr Caulfield will work together with builder Tony Tyrrell and Gerard Hopkins in developing the site.
