Leading Cork-owned building supplies manufacturer Freefoam Plastics has launched a new range of flat fascias.

The Magnum Flat Fascia range is a full replacement flat fascia and is available in white.

It is flat backed without a leg for use on flat roofs and in conjunction with brick corbel details.

The FMF is suitable for use where the fascia is being fitted close to the wall at the eaves and where an open soffit is being provided so as to feature the exposed rafter feet in traditional style houses.

It comes without a soffit groove and therefore is suitable on open eaves applications where it is particularly pleasing to the eye because no unsightly grooves are evident when viewed from inside the property.

George Petts, Wilmotts Reading, said: "The new flat fascia from Freefoam completes our full replacement range. It is completely flat which is more attractive then some of the boards that have a soffit groove in the back.

"The board has been well received by our customers and it now means we have a Freefoam board for every possible development design."
