A social network website for people with a vested interest in property, or associated with the property arena, went live today.
The innovative website - www.propertychatuk.com - provides an opportunity for members to rank, rate and recommend trades' people including brick-layers, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, painters as well as other key professionals in the property field.
The informative website has been designed to provide a rapid response to members on any property related matter.
Members can direct and advise each other, creating a huge signpost on all property related issues.
Donna Dickson, who developed the website concept, said: "Propertychatuk has a wealth of valuable information that can make renovating, extending or building a property less stressful.
"Our goal is to create a useful on-line directory of 'best in the business' companies to ensure members save time and money sourcing and commissioning the right people for the job.
"Given the continuing uncertainty with the Northern Ireland property market many people are choosing to renovate or extend their own homes.
"Propertychatuk also presents an excellent promotional opportunity for trades' people as we are forecasting high volumes of people to visit the new website."
