Freefoam Announces Order Fulfilment Figures

Freefoam plastics has reported a 98.8% product order fulfilment rate, despite some materials being subject to lead times.

The firm says its commitment to delivering high levels of service to customers has been proved in the new data.

Freefoam is a leading manufacturer of plastic building products for the UK, Irish and Mainland European markets.

The company takes a systematic approach to meeting the service needs of its customers and therefore measures the delivery of its customer service strategy.

Every aspect of its customer service strategy is measured and any corrective action required is taken quickly, according to the firm.

Freefoam says its product order fulfilment rate is just one of many aspects of customer service it strives to maintain as a standard for the industry.

Colin St. John, General Manager, said: "Customer service is a commitment that everyone takes onboard at Freefoam Plastics.

"We strive to deliver every aspect of our customer service strategy every day because we truly value each and every one of our customers irrespective of size.

"We know that by maintaining these high standards the company will continue to improve as we continue to grow."
