Graham FM Secures £2m Queen's Contract

Building firm Graham FM has secured a £2m Planned and Reactive Maintenance Service Contract for Student Plus Facilities at Queens University, Belfast.

The contract will provide 24/7/365 building fabric, mechanical, electrical and Helpdesk services for all buildings within the Student Estate.

This will include the Elms Student Village, which houses over 1,800 students; Queens Sport, incorporating the physical education centre, swimming pool and the dub sporting facilities' and the Students Union building with crèche facilities and student services.

Work on the contract commenced last month and will last for a period of four years.
