JMCL Plans Seven New Ross Apartments

Wexford County Council has received an application from JMCL regarding new apartments in the town of New Ross.

JMCL has asked for permission for retention and completion of an additional seven apartments at a Mountgarrett.

The proposed scheme consists of two, two-bedroom apartments to level two, two, two-bedroom apartments to level three, two, two-bedroom apartments to level four and amendments to a previously granted duplex apartment on level four and five to create one, two-bedroom apartment on level four and one, two-bedroom apartment on level five.
