Plans for a new Co Wexford retail and resident developement have been presented to the local council.
The application was submitted to New Ross Town Council, and details plans for the construction of the mixed-used scheme at the site of a former warehouse.
R. Crosbie and Associates Chartered Building Surveyors applied to the council on behalf of John Murphy for full planning permission for the demolition of the existing disused structure.
The warehouse, as it currently stands, is in ruins.
Plans were put forward for the construction of a new four-storey building at Coopers Lane, New Ross, comprising of a retail unit, commercial office and a two bedroom apartment.
