Plans for a new Drogheda business centre have been announced.
The scheme, backed by the local council and chamber of commerce, will be located on Termonfeckin Road, and accessed off the Newtown link road.
Construction works will see the development of a two-storey enterprise complex, with a total floor space of 1,130m2.
It will contain around 30 individual serviced offices ranging in size from 22m2 to 29m2, along with common kitchenette, reception, waiting and meeting, training and toilet facilities.
Brady Hughes Consulting has designed the project, together with primary architect Adam Kolodziej.
They have been made responsible for the architectural design, project management and structural engineering.
Murtagh Surveyors will carryout quantity surveying and cost control and Swords-based D&K Partnership is responsible for energy efficiency and M&E design.
The plan were devised by Van Dijk Architects on behalf of Drogheda Borough Council.
The team has been in place since April 2009, and the tender process will begin at the end of next month.
Provided planning is approved, the main contractor could be appointed in September, with works commencing the following month.
