Fingal Roundabout Works Commence

Work has started on a revised road layout close to the Rosemount business park in Fingal.

The county council has closed a number of roads to facilitate the works, which will include the construction of a new roundabout.

Ballycoolin Road from the entrance to the business park to its junction with Snugborough Road was closed last week.

This will allow works to begin on the revised road layout at the junction of Ballycoolin Road and Snugborough Road.

Road works will be ongoing in the environs of the junction up until December, and other lane/road closures will be in place to facilitate the carrying out of the works, the council said.

"In addition a one-way system westwards will be in operation on Ratoath Road from the roundabout at Kilshane Road to the roundabout at the junction of Corduff Road/Ratoath Road/Kilshane Way," the council spokesman added.
