PM Groups Appoints New Chair

Kevin Kelly has been appointed chair of Project Management Holdings (PM Group).

Mr Kelly has served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board for seven years.

Since 2007 he has chaired the PM board's Audit, Risk & Finance Committee, in addition to operating as a Senior Independent Director since that date.

He is also a director of Kerry Group PLC, as well as chairman of the National Folk Theatre Ireland and Schroder Private Equity Fund of Funds PLC, SVG Investments Dublin PLC.

Mr Kelly has succeeded Don Godson as chairman. Mr Godson served on the board for 10 years, nine of them as chair.
