Around 100 construction jobs at to be created at a Belfast housing development, it has been revealed.
The McGinnis Group is set to construct the scheme on a site bought from the administrators of the bankrupt Taggart Holdings.
The Saintfield Road development is expected to take up to two years to complete.
Martin Canning of the McGinnis Group told BBC News: "The new build housing market is stabilising after a period of uncertainty."
The Northern Ireland construction industry has been one of the worst affected sectors in the local economy, and is continuing to feel the effects of the housing market slump and worldwide financial downturn.
