Wicklow FTB Event Offers Advice

A seminar has been held in Bray, Co Wicklow, to advise first time buyers planning on entering the property market.

The free event took place at the Grand Hotel and was backed by EBS.

Talks centred on choosing the right property, mortgage lender and legal team.

Both Clive Quinn and Audrey Cluskey from EBS spoke at the gathering, as did Eugene Dooley from Dooley Poynton Auctioneers, Ian McAulay from McAulay Rice Architects, Siona Mooney from Augustus Cullen Law and Ciara Kavanagh from Wicklow County Council.

One-on-one advice with each speaker was also offered to the first time buyers.

EBS Wicklow's Clive Quinn said it is important first time buyers are fully informed and completely understand the whole process when buying their first home, particularly in the current economic climate.
