£400 Planning Fine For Portadown Man

A Co Armagh man has been fined £400 plus £75 legal costs and £25 court costs at Craigavon Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with planning regulations.

Dean Douglas of 29 Harcourts Hill, Portadown pleaded guilty to non-compliance with a Planning Enforcement Notice seeking the removal of a workshop/store, the removal of hardsurfacing, the closure of an access and reinstatement of the site at this address.
