Full planning permission has been granted for an £800m regeneration project in the north Dublin town of Ballymun.
Treasury Holdings' Spring Cross development is Ireland's largest mixed-use town centre scheme.
Treasury has said it expects to create 2,000 building jobs over the three-year project.
Plans were approved for 360 apartments, 60,000 square metres of retail space and 35,000 square metres of offices.
Around 11,000 square metres has been designated to mixed leisure facilities and civic buildings.
Cinemas, bowling alleys, a public library and restaurants will all feature in the new development.
Construction is due to commence next year, with completion expected for 2013.
