Detail plans have been submitted to Derry Council's own Planning Department by Derry City Council itself for works to The Harbour Museum, Harbour Square, Londonderry.

These works include Interior and exterior fabric restoration of the Harbour Museum including stonework, roof windows and a new access ramp and steps to Harbour Square entrance.

Also included is the creation of the new two storey extension to the rear, courtyard to provide street cleansing, office and wc, a new passenger lift and toilets on the first floor.
