Contractors Sought for £530k Church Project

Tenders are currently being sought for the appointment of a contractor to complete work on a new church building in county Derry.

The £530k project involves work to a church building and community hall on the Glendermott Road.

The development consists of the demolition of the existing church hall and the replacement with the construction of a single-storey detached church or community hall. Site works to provide upgraded access and parking of 11 spaces will also be included.

Work is expected to commence in November this year and is expected to take in the region of ten months to complete.

The project will measure 464 sq.m. and will be located on a 0.13 hectare site.
