L'Derry Firm Scoops £250,000 Deal In Qatar

A Co L'Derry based firm has scooped an estimated £250,000 deal to supply its mobile shelving to a company in Qatar.

Sperrins Metal Storage in Draperstown will supply Fino International with its mobile shelving into the Ministry of Interior with support from Invest Northern Ireland.

Enterprise Minister Jonathan Bell said: "Exports to the Gulf countries (GCC) totalled £171.8million in 2014/15 which shows the depth of opportunities which Northern Ireland companies have already grasped. Through hard work, commitment and a willingness to develop a solution that specifically met their customer's needs, the company has successfully won new business and entered a new market."

Sperrins Metal Storage manufactures a wide range of storage systems from products to pallet racking and generic locker systems.
