Contractors BSG Civil Engineering is making significant progress on a £3 million sewerage improvement scheme in Co Armagh.

Work on the NI Water project has started along Mall East, progressing towards Gaol Square and is expected to take six weeks to complete.

The first phase of work will maintain two-way traffic, however it will be necessary to prohibit parking along Mall East.

Residential and business access may be restricted during the works.

The second phase will require a south bound lane closure on Mall East and a road closure on Gaol Square with traffic restrictions/diversions.

Diversion routes will be put in place, however delays are to be expected.
